He needs 3 hoopings for the 5 x 7 and 4 hoopings for the 4 x 4 , but is very quick and simple to make – his wings are made in one hoop (or two hoops on the 4 x 4 size)  then his head and lastly his body–not as complicated as he sounds and full instructions are included

He  just needs a little hand stitching to attach his head to his body
